Q: Who owns the website once the web design is completed?

It belongs to you; we will provide a copy of the website on CD. If you wish to use another web design agency or web hosting company- you are completely free to use as you wish.

Q: Are there any ’hidden’ costs?

No, when we provide a quote, we will detail fully all that is included. Please note that a 50‰ non refundable deposit is required before commencement of work. Final payment needs to be paid upon website going live. If there has been no progress/information forthcoming from the client on the website for 30 days, then the client will be invoiced for the full amount previously agreed. Q: After my web design is complete, what after sales service do you provide?

In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem, we are only a phone call away. We also offer web site maintenance packages so that your website never goes out of date.

Q: Can I edit my own website if I want to?

Yes you can! We can provide an intuitive content management system that enables you or your staff to easily update pages without having to pay ongoing agency fees.
